Easy peasy "Mongo Delight" recipe

Hi every I hope you are all well

As ramadan is almost over but still the weather is super hot and it might not be easy for everyone and prepare time consujing iftaari for others while fasting yourself so today I'm going to share a secret recipe to make the regular mangoes even more tasty and luxurious and the best part is it's super easy you don't have to stand in kitchen for long so lets get started

Things you will need?

3 to 4 medium sized mangoes
2 packs of Nestle cream (you can use any but I prefer this one)
2 table spoon suger
1/4 cup of milk
Jelly of your choice (I'm using strawberry)

Method

First things first you need cook the jelly by putting 2 cups of water (remember we want the consistency to be thick because it will be easy to work with) and add the jelly mix then stir until there are no bumps and its ready boiling then remove the pan from the stove and let it get a little normal for five minutes then pour the mixture in a huge dish and leave it there then on the other hand slice the mangoes in cubes then you need to store them in the refrigerator (jelly and mangoes both) then here comes the cream pour it into a bowl and add the sugar in here and mix it well then to change the consistency slowly pour the milk in to it and mix as well once you are done check the jelly if it is ready and if it is you are good to go slice the jelly in cubes or rectangle with the help of a knife then lay all the mangoes on an empty dish pour the cream mixture there after the mangoes and the last step put the jelly on top to finish the dish and serve it

It's definitely a surprise for little ones to see mangoes hidden in the dishes plus it tastes heavenly I'm sure once you try it you'll know what i actually means and you didn't have to spend hours in the kitchen to prepare it

I hope you liked today's recipe please do give me some feed back on how you liked it plus if you want me to cover any other recipes and be sure to follow me here as well as on my social handles

STARBUCKS Inspired "Caremel Frappuccino Coffee Blend "

Hi everybody Welcome back I hope you guys are doing well

So today I have got you guys a recipe of Starbucks Inspired " Caremel Frappuccino " ( Coffee  blend ) I had when I was in Saudia Arabia and because we don't have Starbucks in Pakistan that doesn't mean that we can't enjoy it

One thing I have to proudly say that recipe taste exact like their one and I tried to keep it as locally possible as I can So every one can try it so that's why I'm using a simple standard cream instead of the wiped one

Recipe

Coffee  ( Any I prefer Matinal )
Milk
Hershey's Caremel Syrup
Cream
lots and lots of ice
Sugar ( optional )
Water ( optional )

Method

( These are 2 ways I am using the water Method but you can exclude the water and put every thing in blender straight up )

I am taking 1/4 glass of water and mixed 3 tea spoon of coffee and 5 Table spoon of Hershey's Caremel Syrup and then add 1 Table spoon of sugar and mixed it all well

Then I pour the mixture and half litter chilled milk in the blender and mixed it away then just right before serving the coffee put loads of ice in it and then press the lowest speed of the blender so the ice can finally get crushed and you can even enjoy the same texture of like the Starbucks one

So that's it for today Do try it out and let me know you like it and if you do so then don't forget to tag me

Cook Cheese Omelette with me

Hi everyone welcome back, I hope you all are doing well

So today I'm going to share an easy cheese omelette recipe with you guys which I have posted a picture on my Instagram 2 days back and some of you requested so here it is

Let's start with the recipe then I will tell you guys the Method, So let's get started

Recipe

2 potato (cut in circle)
3 eggs
Salt (to taste)
Paprika powder (to taste)
1/2 capsicum (small size) chopped
1/2 onion (small size) chopped
Green olives
Black olives
1 cottage cheese slice
2 to 3 cream cream cheese pieces
Olive oil

Method

We will start up with some olive oil in a non stick pan which has a lid too so we will put 1 and 1/2 table spoon of olive oil and then we will lay the potatoes on the pan and we will cook them for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame until the potatoes are 85% cooked then we will make our omelette we will put salt, paprika, onions and capsicum and now we will put our omelette batter on to the potatoes then we will put green and black olives and then we will mix the omelette with the olives but not move the potatoes and now when the omelette is 60% cooked we will slice up our cottage cheese and cream cheese and put on it and put the lid on the nonstick pan now we want lour heat to be extremely low because th upper portion will cook because of the steam now patience is key to this dish you need to keep checking with a fork or a toothpick after 10 to 15 minutes it will be completely cook you can remove the lid and take the cheese omelette at once or can do the pieces in the pan well I do it this way because it is easy then I put the piece in a serving plate and serve it with the bread or alone

Important note
please do try to put capsicum in the omelette I never put capsicum in normal omelette but in this one capsicum is a must because the crunch of it is amazing plus the key to success with this omelette is low heat otherwise it may get burn from the low portion and will stay uncooked from the upper portion

Now there you have it. easy, delicious cheese omelette in less then 20 minutes. Please do try this out I'm sure you guys will love it

Thanks for your time
